Please note:
Blackboard Course reports provide data covering course activity until the day before the report is run. They do not provide "real time" course activity data.
Screenshots below provided supply a view of a single page of a much larger report.
The option to download/print a report is only available once the report opens. The "Report Options" menu button is located in the upper right hand side of the report. Most report formats can be selected prior to opening the actual report.

This report is useful when checking a particular student's course activity.
This report displays an individual student's activity and it can be downloaded as an Excel file.
Information displayed will be as follows:
Student activity by day
Student time in course
Average time per user
Total items
Total logins
Last login date
Grade Center Test Access Log (Exams)
Grade Center Test Access Log (Exams)
While not a "report" per se, the Test Information Access Log is very useful when troubleshooting student problems with the Blackboard Test tool.
To see this report go to Grade Center > Full Grade Center > Grade Attempts > Test Information > Access Log.
Student access logs can be accessed by instructors wantingto view/verify student activity during a test.
Note: The chevron direction displayed above beside "Test Information" is opposite normal usage: A downward pointing chevron (default) equates to the information; as being collapsed. The upward pointing chevron is showing the expanded view of student information. By default the chevron will be pointing downwards. We know, it's strange.
The Test Information Access Log displays the following information:
Date and time
Access type; test start time and individual question
Test time how long it took per question
Time spent on each question

This report shows a summary of user activity in content areas for a course
Users can be selected
Format of the report can also be selected
Indicates activity inside Content Areas and shows the activity date
This report can be helpful to determine which students are active in your course and what content areas they are using.

This report is useful if instructors are tryingto determine which days of the week a student is most active and how much time is spent overall by students in the course.
Course Activity Overview indicates overall activity within a single course sorted by student and date, Data displays the total and average time spent per user; as well as the total amount of activity the user had in the course.
