Jet2.com Limited is a British low-cost leisure airline offering scheduled and charter flights from the United Kingdom. As of 2022, it is the third-largest scheduled airline in the UK, behind easyJet and British Airways.

Jet2.com was one of 14 global airlines to achieve a 5-star accreditation and, now defunct airline, Monarch Airlines, was the next most punctual UK airline with a 4-star ranking; ironically, it was the only UK airline to receive a 4-star rating.

Tall travellers should stick to seats by the front and middle emergency exit doors as these are ideal for stretching your legs. It is not all doom and gloom for other seats either, as in February 2024, Jet2 announced they would launch plane seats with extra legroom without a charge.

As a general rule, choosing between TUI or Jet2, it's Jet2 everytime for me. There is more legroom on Jet2 planes, more luggage allowance and the Jet2 staff always seem much happier in their work.
