How to Make Hamburger Tater Tot Casserole in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
So, Cris had an idea for me to try the other day. She suggested I take Crock Pot Hamburger Casserole and replace the biscuits with some tots. I was intrigued by this idea, but I had no idea how much we would love this. I love having this Hamburger Crock Pot Tater Tot Casserole in my back pocket for another great comfort food recipe my family loves.
We get asked a lot about recipes with smaller amounts of portions. This is recipe has four small portions or three bigger portions. So, it would be perfect for a smaller family or for someone looking for a dinner for one with a few leftovers. If you have a larger family, you can double this recipe and put it in a larger crock pot. Make sure you watch it closely the first time you make it so you can adjust the cooking time as needed. Whether you make a single batch or a double batch, I hope you and your loved ones enjoy this as much as we do!
