- Rice – 2 cups
- Green Gram – 1/2 cups
- Black Gram – 1/2 cups
- Moong Dal – 1/2 cups
- Split Chickpeas- 1/2 cups
- Toor Dal – 2 tbsp
- Dry Red Chillies- 7
- Pepper Corns – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste

In this post, I am going to share a very easy and straightforward recipe to make an Instant High protein Breakfast Mix at your Home.

Materials
- 2 cups Rice
- 1/2 cup Green Gram
- 1/2 cup Black Gram
- 1/2 cup Moong Dal
- 1/2 cup Split Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Toor Dal
- 7 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Pepper Corns
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
To make a Healthy Instant Protein mix, first, take a bowl and add 2 cups of rice into it.
Now add 1/2 cup of Green moong dal, 1/2 white Urad dal, 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal, 1/2 cup of chana dal, and 2 tbsp of Toor dal ( wash and dry all lentils).
Now, place a pan on flame and add all lentils into it and dry roast well.
After roasting, turn off the flame and transfer all lentils to a plate.
Now again, place the pan on flame and add 7-8 dry red chilli, 1 tsp of peppercorns, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of asafoetida and dry roast.
Now, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and let everything cool.
Now, take a grinding jar, add everything into it, add salt as per taste, grind well, and make a fine powder.
Now your Instant Protein Breakfast mix is ready, and you can store it in an airtight box for six months.
Instant Mix dal Dosa RecipeInstant Mix dal Dosa Recipe
To make Instant Mix dal dosa, first take a bowl and add 2 cups of prepared Instant mix into it.
Now add 2.5 cups of water as required and make a batter.
Now, close the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After 5 Minutes, check the batter and mix well.
Now, place a Tawa on medium flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
Now add one full ladle batter to the Tawa and spread well in one direction.
After the upper side turns dry then add ghee to it and roast on low flame.
After the dosa cooked well, transfer it to a plate.
Now your Instant Mix dosa is ready, and you can enjoy it.
Multigrain Mix Dal Pancake Recipe
To make Multigrain Instant Dal pancake, first take the prepared batter.
Now add one Eno fruit salt, add little water to activate it, and mix well.
Now add veggies as you want and mix well.
Now, place a pan on flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
Now add 3-4 ladle full batter and add chopped coriander to it.
Now, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
After 5 minutes, check it and turn to another side and cook until golden.
Now, Pan cake is cooked well and add chopped coriander to it.
Now transfer it to a plate, and you can enjoy it.
Yummy Stuffed Appe Recipe
To make Stuffed Appe, first take a Bowl and add two boiled, mashed potato into it.
Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, chopped green coriander, and 1 tbsp of Schezwan sauce and mix well.
Now make a small ball of the mix.
Now take Instant mix batter.
Now place the Appe pan on flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
Now fill all Appe mound with batter and do not fill it completely.
Now, add the potato ball to all mound and add more batter to cover them.
Now, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes on low, medium flame.
Now turn the Appe to another side and cook well for 1 minute
Now, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
Now your Instant Healthy Appe are also ready, and you can enjoy it.

High Protein Breakfast Mix Recipe – Step By Step
1 – To make a Healthy Instant Protein mix, first, take a bowl and add 2 cups of rice into it.
