  • Mint syrup – add 1 cup of mint
  • Ginger syrup – add 4 decent chunks of bashed fresh ginger

Tabooze Tips

The New Fashioned

A smooth, rich & elegantly spicy alcohol free version of an Old Fashioned with a twist. Use the Cinnamon Syrup recipe here instead of the cue of sugar with bitters.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Ovant Royal
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon syrup
  • Juice of half an orange
  • Dry Giner Ale
  • Ice

Method

  1. Build this co*cktail in a glass of your choice
  2. Stir everything together
  3. Add ice
  4. Garnish with orange peel and a maraschino cherry (if you like them)

Tabooze Tip

  • Adjust your quantities of Royal and syrup depending on the size of your glass.
  • Play around with proportions until you find the right balance for you. (I have a sweet tooth so add more syrup)
