Nice people working at the salon for sure. The cuts not so good. Took my three daughters there for a quick wash & cut. The stylist took over 2-3 inches as told. Once there hair dried all three had crooked hair cuts. Now I’m spending an additional $100 at a professional salon to get it fixed.

Would give 0 if i could. Scheduled an appointment and they took an hour and a half extra so i was late to my own baby shower. Makeup artist did not listen to a word i said and even after she redid it, i had to go home and do it completely again. asked for a dry style with curls and they asked a girl who was training in front of me if she knew how to do that. When she said no, they said they only could do a blowout first and then style. Took forever to wash my hair and then did a regular straight blow out that was a mess. Still charged me $144 for a complete waste of time and when i complained to the manager she tried to give me $20 cash from the register. Super unprofessional and horrible quality of work, a complete waste of time and money, and I’m literally left with nothing because i need to go home and do my hair and makeup from scratch.

Came in for a blowout, my hair looked good, but the stylist was very rough with my hair and didn’t use any products. when i left the salon my hair smelt burnt for the rest of the week. i feel like i could have given myself a better quality and cheaper blowout at home.Hairstyling

They canceled my makeup appointment less than 2 hours beforehand. It wasn’t until after my fiancé spoke to them that they attempted to fix the situation. After going back and forth while getting my hair done they finally told me they found someone, after I had to ask the status. It turned out good but my hair was another story. Girl didn’t understand what I wanted. She redid my roots the same color they were. It was supposed to be a single process. To color my roots the blonde color my hair was. I have dark roots and the rest is blonde. It doesn’t look right. The hair cut was like you just went right around my head. No style other than its flat looking. I will.have to go somewhere else to fix this. I probably won’t be back.

Positive:Professionalism,QualityCalled this morning to book my two kids in with Roy. I was told he finished at 4 pm but my kids don’t finish school until 4:15. The receptionist called him at home and called me back to say he would stay on to see my kids. They have school pics the next day so he really went out of his way without me asking him to. I also go to Roy regularly and think he does a great job. He is a great hairdresser and incredibly professional. Really great experience every time. Called this morning to book my two kids in with Roy. I was told he finished at 4 pm but my kids don’t finish school until 4:15. The receptionist called him at home and called me back to say he would stay on to see my kids. They have school pics the next day so he really went out of his way without me asking him to. If I could give no stars I promise I would. I could write a thesis on how comical the service here is but I’ll keep it concise. My fiancèe had an appointment for hair and makeup here the day of our engagement party. They called and cancelled her makeup appointment the morning it was scheduled for, after I called them personally I was told “they might” be able to find someone. Ultimately the manager did it and I was promised a call from the manager to smooth things over I assume. So much back and forth for her to ultimately be dissatisfied with the result. Deplorable service, comical customer service, and yeah I’m still waiting for that call that I would “definitely be getting”, guess they’re waiting until our 10 year wedding anniversary to call.
