Nyla is amazing!! She has done my make up for special events, flawless! Her blowouts are beautiful and last so long!

Today is my birthday, and when I went to get my hair done I was unable...mad, I remembered a friend recommended moxie for quick service that specialized in coarse hair care and was SO SATISFIED. Sean did my hair and it came out wonderful...it took an hour and the prices were affordable. ...they take walk ins and appointment....it happy :-)

The nicest people. Excellent prices. Milagros is the best for style and blowout . The makeup for my wedding took a few tries but she was so nice - she kept trying until we got it right.

I come here at least once a month when my regular blow out bar does not have the hours convenient for me. What I love about this salon is that they have late hours which is convenient for me since I work full time now. Luckily I did not have any bad experiences with the stylist like many people have. My stylists always treated me like they were happy to see me, especially Nicole. She was fantastic! Too bad they don't have any unlimited membership deals, since I get blow outs at least three times a week. At $25 a blow out, their prices are reasonable compared to many others.

I have been coming to Moxie for years . I LOVE this place ! I go to Mike for my colour and wouldn’t go anywhere else . He really cares and isn’t just going through the motions . All the staff here are super friendly and great at their jobs . Jeanna does a killer blowout which lasts me for day .Kelly , the manager is fantastic too and will always do her best to get you in at late notice if needed.

I found this place about a year or two ago through Groupon and I have not strayed since. I go Darlene who is absolutely fantastic! I always get so many compliments on my hair and it's all thanks to her. One of the few hairstylists I've met that understood that I want a hair cut that works with my curly hair, but also looks great when I have the time to blow it out. If you go to moxie 100% ask for Darlene!

I just moved to NJ from Manhattan and needed an emergency blow out! I came across this salon online and was pleasantly surprised! I have curly hair and usually find trouble finding a stylist that knows how to blow dry my hair and control my frizz. Mary is a BOSS at doing hair. She used a blow dryer and didn't even need to use on a flat iron on my hair. It came out so beautiful, shiny, and zero frizz! I even got the membership she recommended. She will definitely be my go to stylist moving forward! If you come to Montclair, ask for Mary! She's amazing!

Kyla gave me the most perfect blowout for my best friend’s bridal shower. Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and sweet! The salon is also beautiful and comfortable. Cannot wait to return!

I have been going to Moxie blowout bar for at least 5 years. The staff is amazing and they make it feel like a family setting. The energy is great , very complimentary and on their game.
