Method 3 – Toggle hardware acceleration
Hardware acceleration helps in opening graphics-intensivemedia like games and videos etc., in the browser.
When you turn-off the hardware acceleration in abrowser, only your computer’s GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) will be used toprocess all the graphics-intensive media. This lowers the load on the browserand may fix HTML5 video error.

Hi, I had got error code: 224003 from any video on IMDB when using Chrome but they play fine using Edge or Firefox, it just happen after chrome update. Any suggestion would be appreciated!

Hi Francesca, This error 224003 is a online video playback error. May be your browser doesn’t support the IMDB video file type. Ensure browser is updated. Also try to play again after removing cookies and cache. Turn off any adblockers or extensions in browser. Else, play videos in another browser.

Hi Warren, I suggest you can update Windows to a newer version, for example, from Windows 10 Version 1803 to Windows 10 Version 1809, you’ll need to re-download and install the Media Feature Pack even though you installed it for the previous Windows version.
